Quality Insights is the Quality Innovation Network - Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Through funding from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Quality Insights offers FREE services to Medicare providers to achieve health quality outcomes set forth by CMS. Our dedicated Nursing Home Team works one-on-one with long-term care facilities to provide the data, technical assistance, education, and other resources they need to turn CMS’ health care initiatives into action. Key initiatives include patient safety, care coordination, immunizations, opioid utilization, training, and infection control.
