An enhancement will be added to the Event Reporting System during the week of May 5, 2014. When the enhancement is completed and a provider is reporting the event type, "Health Department Reportable Diseases", a subtype will populate under the Event type, which will include all diseases/conditions that are reportable per 28 Pa Code 211.1 and Chapter 27 of the Administrative Code. These subtypes are in alphabetical order. A subtype must be chosen when reporting a Health Reportable Disease.
