In May, the following facilities will be presented the "Award for Excellence in Health Care Compliance" based on review of the last three calendar years. The facilities listed had no deficiencies in their full health surveys and no intervening complaint/incident/abuse surveys that resulted in deficiencies, or other substantial issues reported to the Deputate of Quality Assurance.
