Guests may also call to make reservations by calling 855-729-3108. Ask for the room block for PA Directors of Nursing Assn at The Hotel Hershey. The room block is available from March 30 – April 4, 2025. The reservations team is available seven days a week from 8 AM – 8 PM to assist you.
PADONA Group Room rate is: $289.00 per room per night plus 11% taxes
Credit cards are charged a one night’s advance deposit including tax at time of booking a room reservation.
Please be aware that the room block cut-off date is Monday, March 10, 2025. After the cut-off date, rooms and/or group rate may no longer be available.

Early Registration Fee (with deposit):
Prior to September 30, 2024
$2300 for agency members
$2700 for non-agency members
Balance must be received by September 30, 2024 to guarantee price or next higher rate applies.
Registration Fee (with deposit):
After September 30, 2024, but prior to December 31, 2024
$2750 for agency members
$3250 for non-agency members
Balance must be received by December 31, 2024 to guarantee price or next higher rate applies.
Late Registration Fee (with deposit):
After December 31, 2024
$3250 for agency members
$3650 for non-agency members
Balance must be received by February 1, 2025 to guarantee exhibit space.
Exhibit Fee Includes:
- One six foot table, table skirt, two chairs and identifying sign.
- Breakfast and lunch according to the conference schedule
- Two staff registrations with access to the educational sessions (no CEUs) and the gala and vendor recognition social events as well as breakfast and lunch according to the conference schedule.
- Conference attendee list listing
- Online exhibitor directory inclusion
- Complimentary vendor lunch with PADONA Board of Directors
Reservation Terms
Online contracts will be invoiced for the full cost of the request booth space upon receipt. Any contract not paid in full by January 1, 2025 will be cancelled and the booth space will be released for resale.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will not be accepted for refunds after January 1, 2025. Any exhibitor canceling after this date is liable to pay the full exhibit rental fee.
