PADONA's LTC Leadership Development Program was very helpful to me as I prepared for my new role as a Director of Nursing.  Working in Long Term Care for over 15 years, I gained knowledge in many areas, but this program helped pull all the pieces together.  I was able to gain confidence in areas that I was not as strong in and grow in many ways.  I appreciated the speakers offering real life experiences to help us understand their topic areas.  With the many changes in Long term care regulations and the survey process this course was extremely valuable.  PADONA provided wonderful speakers and topics.  Every Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing should attend this program!
