Affinity Health Services, LLC is looking for a seasoned executive leadership professional to join our dynamic and talented team! JOINING THE AFFINITY TEAM AS SR. VP OF OPERATIONS

This position will lead the operations for our managed skilled nursing and personal care homes and supervise personnel in operations, clinical, financial, reimbursement and HR. Our team is comprised of dedicated, knowledgeable and customer focused talent. Our leadership team works on site at the client locations, home office and corporate office.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR SR. VP OF OPERATIONS

Candidates must have a Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator license, Pennsylvania Personal Care Home certification, a proven track record as an administrator in a long-term care setting and regional level management experience combined with an ability to manage the financial outcomes of the LTC communities. The position offers a competitive compensation package based on experience.

Candidate must be an effective communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and proven track record of well-executed strategic initiatives along with history of demonstrating sound fiscal management practices.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field of study is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years working in long-term care.
  • Minimum of 5 years working in regional or senior leadership role.
  • Experience with campus diversification of services is required.

Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License within the state of PA or ability to obtain via reciprocity. Current Personal Care Home License in PA also preferred.

  • Necessary leadership qualities to include financial acumen, steadfast moral compass, critical thinker, and transparent communicator.
