Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- The Resident Nurse Assessment Coordinator coordinates the process of completing state-required assessments that determine payments from Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care by performing ongoing compliance related to Skilled Nursing Services.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required.
- At least 2 years' experience in long term care.
- Nursing skills specific to geriatric patients.
- Ability to use the computer system to enter assessments and create care plans. Need to be able to communicate effectively using email.
- Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions when assessing residents, prioritizing work, making recommendations regarding resident care, communicating with family members, and investigating situations that arise from residents, family members, supervisors, and employees.
