You will provide vision, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee the implementation of clinical and operational practices to ensure the effective delivery of integrated services at SMRC. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust clinical and operational controls to fulfill the mission while promoting financial stability and operational excellence. You will collaborate with the clinical team to ensure best practices are consistently applied to provide the highest quality care to residents. This position demands a high level of initiative and independent judgment, with direct accountability for developing and executing all operational policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
