NHA – Grove City, PA
Affinity Health Services, Inc. is looking for a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator, NHA to join our dynamic team and provide leadership to a 58-bed skilled nursing facility in Mercer county.
We are seeking an Administrator with demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role who is prepared to navigate the challenges in post-acute care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing facility operations, be able to provide new solutions, and carry a strategic mindset to guide regulatory compliance and operations management. There is a dedicated emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality of life, people-centered care, and teamwork. This position provides the leadership necessary to fulfill the vision, mission, and values in order to provide all services in a caring manner and utilizing sound financial acumen.
Candidate must be an effective communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and proven history of well executed strategies that attract/retain staff and provide utmost benefit to the health and well-being of residents. Candidate must be passionate about work with the senior care population. Candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years Long-term care experience. Candidate must maintain a current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License within the state of PA or able to obtain via reciprocity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or related field of study is required.
- Minimum of three to five years of work experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Self-directed, motivated, critical thinker, and goal-oriented.
