The position will be responsible for managing the overall nursing department operation, including budget control, recruitment, retention, quality of care and regulatory standard compliance.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in PA and possess strong leadership qualities, 3+ years of progressive, long-term care management experience and the desire to enhance the quality of life that residents enjoy.
