regarded program of nursing and rehabilitation and nursing-centered care. We pride ourselves
on positive outcomes and personalized services. We are located in Scranton, PA close to
downtown Scranton.

We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing to join our collaborative team.

We offer a team-based approach to patient care and operate in a supportive environment that

The position will be responsible for managing the overall nursing department operation,
including budget control, recruitment, retention, quality of care and regulatory standard
compliance.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in PA and possess strong
leadership qualities, 3+ years of progressive, long-term care management experience and the
desire to enhance the quality of life that residents enjoy.
