SUMMARY:  Brethren Village Retirement Community is seeking a proactive Director of Nursing (DON) for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.  This is a terrific opportunity for a qualified RN Supervisor, ADON, or current DON who possesses strong leadership and clinical skills.  The DON will develop, mentor, and lead clinical staff; oversee nursing services; and foster a culture of excellence within the Skilled Nursing Facility.
