Shift Availability for ADON:
- Full-Time, Salary
- Mon-Fri Days
- Some schedule flexibility required due to needs of the facility
- On-call rotation responsibilities
Responsibilities of ADON:
- Assist DON with the overall management of the nursing department
- Supervise staff
- Ensure quality care and effective teamwork
- Responsible for managing all staff development and training
- Responsible for infection prevention and control procedures
- Responsible for leading quality assurance program.

Requirements
Qualifications of ADON:
- Current RN license in good standing; required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred
- 5 or more years of recent nursing or clinical experience (including management level roles)
- Current knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to long term care
- CPR certification
- Positive interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
