The highly acclaimed Leadership Development Program provides four days of intense programming relevant to nurse leaders working in the post-acute nursing home industry. Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, Infection Preventionists, Quality Assurance Nurses, Staff Development Coordinators along with others who desire to broaden their scope of knowledge within the field will benefit from this course. It is relevant to both new nurse leaders as well as those with industry experience.

Purchase audio recordings and presentation handouts from our leadership development sessions to help train your team. Webinars are available to both PADONA members & non-members. Continuing education credits are available after the completion of these courses, surveys and post test evaluations.
