This may sound like a strange request, but allow me to explain.
I was wondering if one of your members would be willing to share their
policy and procedure on medication errors. The folks from School Health
within DOH are working with school nurses on medication error issues and
looking at the way we do things. I've educated them on the regulations, but
they were asking if we had any sample policies/procedures.
