This position is a hybrid remote/travel role with most travel including a geographical range for Indiana PA to Dillsburg PA.

The Extended Care Services Support Manager is responsible for supporting clinical delivery systems in all levels of living. This position assures that standards are met for HC, PC/AL, and HCBS in accordance with established Presbyterian Senior Living policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations. Provides support to communities to ensure quality of care, clinical operational effectiveness and survey compliance with standards and regulations. Implements education and training programs for nursing personnel and direct care staff. Supports Presbyterian Senior Living Senior Staff and Operations Support Group in clinical areas.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure required
• Ability to obtain Registered Nurse licensure in all states PSL operates
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, gerontology, administration or related field preferred
• Five years’ experience as a Director of Nursing or clinical consultant required
• Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel, and e-mail applications required
• Strong demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Travel is required; approximately 90% of time worked
