Affinity Health Services is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations
(RDO) to join our leadership team. This role oversees operations for multiple
Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) across Pennsylvania and
ensures high quality care, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance,
and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
 Oversee daily operations of multiple senior living campuses with a focus on
customer satisfaction and peoplecentered care.
 Implement policies and procedures ensuring compliance and high
standards of service.
 Manage regional budgets, financial performance, and costcontrol initiatives.
 Lead, motivate, and support facility teams; foster a culture of excellence.
 Monitor market and regulatory changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
 Ensure highquality care outcomes across all communities.
Qualifications
 Degree in business administration, healthcare management, nursing, or
related field.
 Current PA NHA license required or eligibility through reciprocity.
 PCHA license preferred.
 Minimum 5 years as an Executive Director of CCRC’s or NHA.
 5–10 years regional healthcare leadership, preferably in longterm care.
 Strong financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
 Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local longterm care regulations.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
