You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare leaders in operations, clinical care, finance, and marketing—working with both managed and consulting clients to elevate senior care.

We provide comprehensive management and consulting services to senior living communities—including skilled nursing facilities, personal care homes, and continuing care retirement communities—serving Pennsylvania and neighboring states in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Position Details
- Status: Full-time, Exempt
- Work Style: Hybrid (travel + remote)
- Travel: Regular travel to client sites is required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (BSN preferred)
- Expertise in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or personal care settings
- Background as DON, RNAC, or Clinical Consultant preferred
