PADONA and the Pennsylvania Long-Term Care (LTC) Resiliency, Infrastructure Supports, and Empowerment (RISE) program have forged a robust partnership, dedicated to enhancing the education and leadership of nurse leaders in the long-term care settings. The LTC RISE program includes the PA Department of Health, PA Department of Human Services, PA Emergency Management Agency, and private sector partners. The PA LTC RISE program has enlisted AMI as a trusted partner to oversee three regions (Southwest, North Central, and Northeast) within the state of Pennsylvania. Through PADONA's comprehensive educational initiatives, nurse leaders are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. AMI provides support to this mission by assisting with the facilitation of the program and ensuring a diverse range of participants are selected from AMI’s respective regions. This collaboration exemplifies a shared commitment to improving long-term care through quality education and regional engagement.
