Description

Moravian Manor Communities, located in the heart of beautiful Lititz, PA, is seeking an experienced Personal Care/Assisted Living Administrator to join our team!

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for administration and management of the Assisted Living and Personal Care areas, including the health, safety, and well being of the residents, implementation of policies ,and compliance with PC/AL regulations.
  • Participates in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies.
  • Responsible for interviewing new staff and scheduling staff persons in accordance with state regulations.
  • Maintain staffing levels in accordance with approved budget.
  • Have knowledge of all Assisted Living and Personal Care rules and regulations and ability to comply with them.
  • Ability to provide personal care services or to supervise or direct the work to provide personal care services.

Job Requirements Include:

  •   Must be licensed as a Personal Care Home Administrator.
  •   Must be licensed as a Assisted Living Administrator.
  •   Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  •   Licensed RN or LPN preferred.
