Thornwald Home, a faith-based community with a commitment to exceptional resident care in Cumberland County, is currently accepting applications for a Director of Nursing.

The DON is responsible to plan, organize, develop, direct and coordinate the overall operation of the nursing care delivered to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines to ensure that thehighest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Pennsylvania State and Federal regulations;

exceptional organization and communication skills; and at least three years of senior living

management experience. A graduate of an approved professional school of Nursing (RN) is required and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent is a plus.
