SUMMARY:  Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.  This is a great professional development opportunity for a qualified RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse.  The ADON works cooperatively with the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) and the Director of Nursing (DON) to provide administration for the Skilled Nursing Facility, and to provide guidance, leadership, support, and supervision for clinical staff.   The ADON supports the Infection Control RN, and provides direct patient care when needed.
