Break Exhibitor Registration
  • List the company representative(s) including job titles who will be responsible for operating your exhibitor booth. Registration fee is limited to 2 individuals. Additional representatives may be included for $240 per person.
  • Permitted Exhibit Times

    Wednesday Morning: 9:45am -10:30am
    Wednesday Afternoon: 1:45pm - 2:30pm & 3:15pm - 4:00pm
    Thursday Morning: 9:45am - 10:30am
    Thursday Afternoon: 1:45pm - 2:30pm & 3:15pm - 4:00pm

    You will be able to set up your display 30 minutes prior to the scheduled exhibit times. Breakdown of your display must be completed immediately following the exhibit time. Please note, the actual exhibit time is only for the times noted and your display must be removed at the end of the time specified in order that the hotel staff can set up for the next event. Storage space is available for your exhibit materials during non-exhibiting times. Please note that break exhibitors utilize table top displays only.
  • If electricity is required, please specify what type of equipment will be used and the voltage.

  • Additional Info

    Exhibit fee includes 1 six foot table, table skirt, 2 chairs, and identifying sign. Telephone and internet service is not included. The hotel charges exhibitors directly for the use of their electrical extension cords and power strips. If payment in full is not received by January 31, 2020 the contract is rendered null and void.
  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations will not be accepted for refunds after January 3, 2020. Any exhibitor canceling after this date is liable to pay the full exhibit rental fee. Cancellations received prior to January 3, 2020 shall receive a 50% refund.
  • Security & Liability

    Hotel security will be provided during non-exhibit hours. However each exhibitor must make provisions to safeguard their goods from the time they are placed in the area until they are removed at the end of the convention. Space is leased with the understanding that PADONA and the contracted hotel assume no liability whatsoever for damages, for any act of omission or commission in connection with said agency, and that the exhibitor and their representative(s) hereby releases PADONA and the contracted hotel from any or all liability for loss ensuing from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors assume complete responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend, save and hold PADONA and the contracting hotel and their employees and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney fees arising out of or caused by exhibitor’s installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises, except to the extent that such claims, losses or damages is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of PADONA or the contracting hotel and their employees and agents.
