Scavenger Hunt

Our attendee Scavenger Hunt is back! A scavenger hunt checklist is included in your registration materials, featuring several “clues” to search for throughout the conference. Completed checklists must be submitted by Thursday at 4:00 PM. Top participants will be awarded gift cards valued between $50 – $250 at our Celebration Party on Thursday.

Conference Etiquette

To ensure a respectful and engaging learning environment, we kindly ask that you:
• Silence your cellphones and refrain from personal conversations during educational sessions.
• Be considerate of speakers and fellow attendees by minimizing disruptions.

Name Tags & Meal Access

Your name tag serves as both your meal ticket and entry into PADONA-sponsored events. Please wear it at all times. Breakfast and lunch times and locations are listed in the conference schedule.

Breakfast will be available at the times and locations indicated on the conference schedule.

Gift Basket Raffle

Everyone is invited to participate in our Gift Basket Raffle!
• Baskets are displayed in the Overlook Room throughout the conference.
• Raffle tickets can be obtained through donations, benefiting our Scholarship Fund.
• To participate, place your ticket in the bag corresponding to your chosen basket.
• Winners will be drawn Thursday at 4:00 PM in the Garden Terrace Lobby and must collect their baskets by 5:30 PM on Thursday.

Special Door Prizes

Attendees have the chance to win a special door prize after each educational session!

Education Credit Tracking

To receive continuing education credits, session attendance will be tracked using TWO methods:

• Barcode Scanning – Your name tag barcode will be scanned when entering and exiting each session. If you leave a session for more than 10 minutes, you will not receive credit for that session.
• Session Codes – A unique code will be announced at both the beginning and end of each session. To earn contact hours, you must enter both codes in the post-conference evaluation.
• Tracking Tip: Use the CE/Contact Hour Form in your registration packet to record session codes. Do not leave this form behind, as you will need it to complete the online evaluation.

Post-Conference Evaluation & Credit Hours

After the conference, you will receive an email with a link to the 2025 Conference Evaluation and instructions on obtaining your education credits. Missing a session code or being absent for more than 10 minutes will disqualify you from earning credits for that session.
